Cougars taking a look at Toki: BYU has already verbally offered Washington freshman defensive lineman Paul Finau of Juanita High School. The Cougar staff is also looking Finau’s sophomore teammate Thomas Toki, who is one of the more talented defensive linemen in their league according to his head coach.
